Leonard's is a family owned and operated company with two stores, their flagship in Seekonk, MA and a second store in Westport, CT. The Auber Group was hired to source a location in the greater Boston, MA area to better penetrate their Massachusetts customer base. Through analysis of Leonard's customer profile and guest register it was determined that Wellesley, MA was the area to target for their third store. The Auber Group sourced and secured the location and worked closely with ownership to ensure deal, lease, design, permit completion and store opening.
